bk24 Terms & Conditions — Rules for All Bangladesh Players

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bk24 platform, including the website at bk24.ws, all associated gaming services, sports betting facilities, payment processing systems, promotional programmes, and any other features or content made available by bk24 (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and bk24.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. bk24 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of the bk24 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are eligible to use the Platform before registering. bk24 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to close accounts that do not satisfy these requirements.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bk24 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and conducts age verification as part of the KYC process.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme. Players who have self-excluded from gambling services must not attempt to register or access bk24.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer or agent of bk24, or a close family member of any such person, for the purposes of wagering activity.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of bk24 services, you must register an account. Registration requires you to provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and to create a password. You must provide accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration and keep that information up to date. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one bk24 account at any time. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. Where bk24 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, bk24 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated winnings and apply a permanent ban to the player's details. If you inadvertently create a duplicate account, you must notify bk24 support immediately.

• Your username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• bk24 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, phone call or any messaging platform. Any communication claiming to be bk24 support and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.
• You must notify bk24 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach.
• bk24 reserves the right to suspend or close an account if it has reason to believe the account has been compromised, is being used fraudulently or is otherwise in breach of these Terms.

KYC Verification

bk24 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required. KYC is mandatory before your first withdrawal and may also be required in other circumstances at bk24's discretion. You must provide the documents requested within the timeframe specified. Failure to complete KYC within the required period may result in suspension of withdrawal access. Documents requested may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address and proof of the payment method used for deposits. All documents are handled in accordance with the bk24 Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on bk24 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bk24 supports a range of locally recognised payment methods for Bangladesh players. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at checkout. bk24 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank and other methods listed on the Platform at the time of your transaction. Accepted methods are subject to change.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the sender where possible.
• bk24 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. bk24 is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit into the same bk24 account and that is registered in the account holder's name. This is an anti-money laundering requirement.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Where KYC documents have not been submitted or have not been approved, withdrawal requests will be held pending until verification is complete.
• bk24 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 5 minutes for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Processing times for other payment methods may vary. bk24 cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the receiving financial institution.
• bk24 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, a breach of these Terms, or where a KYC review is pending.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bk24 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time the offer is presented. The following general bonus terms apply to all bk24 promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer-specific terms.

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover) for each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms.
• Free spins, where awarded, are valid only on the specified slot title(s) and expire within the timeframe stated in the offer terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and subject to the stated wagering requirement.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold or assigned to another player under any circumstances. Bonus offers are personal to the account holder.
• bk24 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already claimed and in progress.
• Where bk24 determines that a bonus has been claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with fair play, including exploitation of mathematical errors, systematic abuse of promotional terms or collusion with other players, bk24 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.

Players who are subject to self-exclusion arrangements are not eligible to receive or use any bonus or promotional offer during the exclusion period. If a self-excluded player receives a bonus in error, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided upon identification.

6. Responsible Gaming

bk24 is committed to supporting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are accessible from the account settings area and include the following.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to cap the amount added to their bk24 wallet within a chosen period. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them when a gaming session reaches a chosen duration. These alerts are designed to encourage awareness of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary self-exclusion for a period of their choosing, or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. A permanently self-excluded player may not re-register on bk24 under any circumstances.
• Reality checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen notifications displaying time elapsed and net gaming activity for the current session, providing an objective reference point during extended play.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bk24 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of any balance and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Using the Platform to engage in, facilitate or conceal money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. This includes depositing funds derived from criminal activity and using the Platform as a vehicle for currency exchange or value transfer not related to genuine gaming.
• Using any automated software, bot, script or other technical tool to interact with the Platform, gain an unfair advantage in games, or manipulate the outcome of any bet or game round.
• Colluding with other players, sharing information regarding live game hands or outcomes, or otherwise cooperating to gain an advantage not available to solo players acting independently.
• Registering multiple accounts, using another person's account, or creating an account on behalf of a third party without their full and informed consent.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches or technical faults in any game or Platform feature to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of such faults will be voided.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bk24 Platform — including but not limited to the bk24 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces supplied by third-party providers, and promotional materials — is the property of bk24 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, publish, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of bk24. Unauthorised use of bk24 intellectual property may result in account closure and legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk24 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data or business; (b) any indirect, consequential, special or incidental loss or damage; (c) any interruption or unavailability of the Platform caused by circumstances outside bk24's reasonable control, including network outages, third-party service failures, force majeure events or government actions; (d) any errors or omissions in game content supplied by third-party providers; or (e) any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bk24's liability for death or personal injury caused by bk24's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. The foregoing limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law in Bangladesh and other applicable jurisdictions.

10. Amendments to These Terms

bk24 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material, bk24 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a notice posted on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting bk24 support. Closure in these circumstances will not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the amendment.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bk24's operations. bk24 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute with a player informally in the first instance. Players with a complaint or dispute should contact bk24 support at [email protected] in the first instance. bk24 aims to acknowledge all support contacts within 24 hours and to resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
